He already had one procedure from Dr. Ahmad Chaudhry a few years back and now he wants to add more density in the hairline and crown area. He has a reasonable donor area although 3000 grafts were extracted in his first procedure. Now the aim was to add more density in the frontal hairline and central tuft area as well as crown area coverage

The plan was to place 800 – 900 grafts in the hairline and 250 grafts in the central tuft area. Crown area required 2500 grafts but due to less donor area, it was decided to place 1300-1500 grafts in this area. Patient has a history of male pattern baldness in his family and he was Norwood class 6 before getting his first procedure. 

Procedure day

After initial consultation and plan, it was decided to reserve the date 02 June 2022. Patient reached sharp 9.00 am and all staff were ready to perform the procedure. Before starting the procedure, Dr. Ahmad Chaudhry asked as usual, any question or important point you want to mention? Patient said all his questions have been answered during the consultation, moreover it is the second procedure so I know all other details. One staff member gave the theater gown and the area was marked. Donor and recipient area was trimmed and the patient and all staff proceeded for his procedure.
